Shudder from front suspension??? 200

1993 Volvo 245, auto, 250k

On and off I feel a shudder from the front passenger side of the car. It only happens when the wheels are loaded in a left turn, and it isn't consistent. Sometimes I will go days w/out experiencing it, sometimes it happens in every corner.

At first I thought it might be the wheel bearing, so I took that apart and greased it, everything looked fine. Also, no matter what speed I am going, the shudder is the same, so I am almost certain it isn't the bearing. I've had bearings go before in other cars, and it definitely doesn't sound or feel like it.

I do know that the suspension is completely shot, could this be causing the issue? By the way the car drives and feels, I am pretty sure it still has the original suspension. Could it be worn out bushings, sway bar end links, or something of that like?

Your thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!
