Please help me keep the ChuckWagon out of the scrapyard! 200

I own a '89 245. I am having tons of starting issues. I have had these before with this car. I recently replaced the IAC valve (with used junkyard part that was working). This fixed my problem... Until now. It seems like I am having the same issues all over again. Engine cranks fast and will run very rough with accelerator half way.. Won't idle. Won't pick up either. Timing belt is new and installed correct, just replaced in tank fuel pump, has new crank position sensor, all grounds are good at intake manifold, replaced fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator about 3 months ago. Car has spark and ran great for about 2 weeks after cleaning up ground on in tank pump. Can check valve on main fuel pump cause this intermittent start up issue? I can't keep leaving the old girl wherever she won't start anymore. Thank you for your time!
