Hose from Radiator to Exp Tank vs. Regular Radiator Overflow Tubing 1988

My Volvo is 240DL 88. My water hose from Radiator to Expansion Tank needs to be replaced.

My Expansion Tank has a 0.7 bar (about 11 Psi) black cap. I am wondering if I can use 5/16 inch Radiator Overflow Tubing sold in any auto parts store.

Does anyone know that this tubing can be used under 11 Psi?

I found in BrickBoard.com that the original Volvo parts has the following specification: the air vent hose is 6.2mm in inner diameter, about 87.5cm (34.5 inches) long, and Volvo p/n 942700.

Under 11 psig pressure, is there any difference between both? Or I have to go with Volvo parts.

Thanks
