no cruise control after replacing heater hose 200 1992

I recently replaced the top heater hose on my 92' 240 and the cruise control no longer works. Not sure if the cruise control quit working at exactly the same time or if it was a coinicidence. I understand that a loose vacuum hose would cause this but all seem tight.
Where is the relay located? I also notice that at low speed when I activate the cruise control swith I hear a hum that sounds like a servo being activated.
