Is this that really awesome, semi-indestructible vacuum line with the braided sheath? 200 1984

Hey brickers. I was poking around fcpgroton and came across this vacuum line.

From the picture, it looks like it's the line that was connected from my turbo to the wastegate actuator that I could not locate when I replaced it.
Seems like pretty awesome and durable vacuum line. Anybody know for sure if this is it?
