Hello, would like to solicit comments on approx. value and collectibility of 1986 240DL base (244DL, 4sp with overdrive, no air, no sunroof). Has about 40k miles, interior excellent all original, a few minor rock nicks on hood, no visible rust on body, sills, struts, engine bay, undercoated and not winter driven I'm told. Runs strong, appears well maintained. Came available through estate.

Thanks for your thoughts, struggling a bit with premium that it might warrant due to very low mileage. I have not seen one that low in quite a while. Have not had mechanic look at it yet, but drove it and all seems tight, and strong, runs smoothly. Brakes feel a bit spongy so may need some repair there. Clutch feels good, shifts smoothly.
