Try your old unit. 200 1983

Okay. I took the newer ICV (bought used on eBay) back off the car and put my old one back on after spraying it with carb cleaner and the proper idle came back with no idle hunting. I looked at the newer one and it was almost completely stuck closed. I sprayed it and it would not loosen. When I got it off eBay it moved nicely. Odd.
The throttle body seems pretty dirty and I don't think the butterfly flap is closing properly so I am going in there with plenty of cleaner today. Should help. Will see how the power does after this.
I am also going to use the Dremel method and replace the blower motor this weekend so your www.cleanflametrap.com site is invaluable.
