Interesting Electrical Problem 200

The first thought would be to remove the covers around the steering column, especially if the turn signal and wiper arms feel sloppy/loose. The covers are held in place with screws from the bottom side, torx head if I recall correctly.

Once the covers are out of the way, tighten up the screws that hold the turn signal and wiper arm switches to the column, two of those screws secure ground wires for the column and parts of the cluster. There is no need to remove the steering wheel, roughly a half hour job if you take your time.
