OD relay for auto tranny 700

"every site I go to describes it as coming w/o or w/ kickdown lock.I know what kickdown is, but ...."

Did you try the two sites I mentioned above (eEuroparts and FCPGroton)? They don't mention a "kickdown lock" option in their OD relay descriptions. In fact, neither does the parts geek if you look up their 240 auto tranny OD relay. And it's the same relay across all three model types, 200/700/900.

Based on 20+ years with these cars and ordering from various sites, my opinion is that these huge everything for every car sites can have bogus information, probably from some common source. This is just one example, but it's enough to make me steer clear of Parts Geek when there are so many foreign/Volvo oriented sites to choose from.
It's a non-issue.
