OBD Test mode 3 question 200

I've searched, read the FAQ, and again on Matthews site, I don't quite understand test mode 3.
I got it to fire fuel injector one and there it stopped, how do I move on to the next component? Or, as it just occurred to me, do they all fire at once?
Oh yeah. 1991 240se wagon.

I'm sorry if this is a repost, there is so much information.
