Died on Hgwy & won't start 900 1991

91 945 red block w/125K miles. Always reliable & never any issues. Going 65mph w/full tank of fuel and she died. Pulled over, no start 60 mins though she cranked well. Starts up after 90 mins, drive 1/4 mile and same thing. Towed home and won't start since.
No smell of gas even with repeated cranking. I can feel click in Green Fuel relay in console when turn ignition switch on but not fully to crank position. Taking a look at Radio suppression relay on driver's side shock tower and noticed exposed wires entire length of CPS (crank position sensor). Ordered CPS.
Can a bad wire harness for the CPS cause this problem or should I be looking at the ignition module as well?
