Hi

Open the hood and at the passenger side corner, back of the firewall disconnect the two connectors (a two prong connector and a spade connector if memory serves correct) and drop them down between the header pipe and engine. There should be a plastic clip or two under the car that holds the wire harness from the sensor itself, routing it up toward where you have unplugged the connectors. With a light under there and the hood up it should be easy to see the routing. Then go easy on unscrewing it from the cat. converter.
