stranded!!! 1991 240 wont start after No4 fuse replaced!!! 200 1991

I filled up my wife’s gas tank and started the 1991 240. The motor would turn over and sputter but the car would not start. after several attempts to start the car I started checking the fuses. I found the no. 4 (in-tank fuel pump) blown. I replaced it with the proper amp fuse but the car still wont start. Any ideas? I'm on my blackberry so I'm slowly trying to go through past threads. Any ideas before the tow truck gets here would be appreciated.
