Oil Temp Sender 200 1988

I was worried about having the same problem while planning to add oil press and temp gauges to my 245. I ordered these from eGauges, and I'm very satisfied with the result:

part # CON-021 Screw-on oil filter sender adapter ($36). This was the perfect clean solution to allow me to tap off oil press and temp senders (with room for 2 more taps) while also keeping my dummy lite pressure switch in place. The alternative would have been an un-reliable network of tees and tap-ins that I didn't want. When it comes to oil, I don't want to mess around and create a potential loss of pressure or a fire, so $36 was cheap insurance against that.

I also used these parts and can attest to them working great together:
350-104 - VDO oil press gauge 0-80psi
360-003 - 1/8" NPT VDO oil press sender
310-106 - VDO oil temp gauge
323-057 - 1/8" NPT VDO oil temp sender

Anyway, that's my recommendation.

Steve
