Picking a B20 head for my 145 140-160

My view:
You can probably get by without hardened valve seats, and if you are getting 150 psi compression
your valves are seating fine. Get the thinnest head gasket you can find.
You want minimum space between piston tops and head surface for better "squish" which will
improve performance and reduce octane requirement.
Get some 7/8" dished freeze plugs and seal the injector ports with them.
The F head is the one to use because it has bigger valves, but slightly lower compression.
The thinner gasket will help this.
Do NOT go with a "Low compression" kit, especially if it is lowered by a thicker gasket.
I might be interested in some of the FI components. E-mail me at gdowns [at] cableone [dot] net
