Hazard Lights FAIL 200 1992

I recently discovered my hazard lights no longer work...engaging the hazards switch cuts out the turn signals, but with a buzzing noise from the switch area. I suppose this means the switch is still getting power (not a fuse issue). Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this myself?
