New to me engine...What weight full synthetic oil? 200 1988

The engine from a '88 NA I will be transplanted into my '86 soon will have all new seals front and rear, new breather box and oil pump. It currently has around 150K on it. I've always used Castrol GTX 10W-30 here in Florida, but am considering switching to Mobil 1 0W-30 Advanced Fuel Economy oil, the same stuff I use in my wife's '04 Volvo XC70. I change that every 5K with a Mann filter. I had been changing the dino oil on my '86 240 every 2500 miles with the GTX and Mann filter. Any comments and or suggestions on this "new" engine I'll be installing soon? I welcome any and all....
