1988 240GL Wagon - Fuel Pump Relay? 1988

I've had my 88 240GL wagon off the road for a little while now (needing head and tail lights). Started looking at it the other day and she wouldn't start - but had been lying around for a few months so no surpises there. Changed the battery and cleaned out and changed the fuses, checked for spark (had some) and now she turns over but won't start. She really wants to but the fuel just isn't getting there. I checked the fuel line and nothing is coming through.

Does anyone know about the fuel pump relay and know if this could be the problem? and if so - any tips on checking or fixing?

Any other suggestions?

Also If anyone has a pair of headlights and tail lights that they want to get rid of - please contact me.

Cheers, Bry
