Replacing Rear Bearing on Axle Halfshaft 120-130

My Amazon has an ENV rear end. I am replacing seals and bearings on the rear axle. I know the standard way to remove/install these bearings is with a press. But I don't have access to one. I was able to remove the bearing from the shaft by heating it with a propane torch (my shop is freezing overnight). It came off quite easily. To install the new bearing my plan is to leave the axle in the freezing shop again, but to heat the bearing in the oven and use a wood block to ease it on. The question is what temperature for the oven. I need enough heat to expand the bearing, but not so much to damage it. Any ideas? Thanks.
Bill
