195/75R14 tires 200

A 245 wagon specifies 185R14 tires, which are practically nonexistent in car tires these days.

195/75R14 is a close substitute size, but even those have become rare in car tires.

What do you think of the following tire models that are available in this size?

Cooper Trendsetter SE
Hankook Mileage Plus II H725
Kelly Explorer Plus
Kumho Solus KR21
Uniroyal Tiger Paw AWP II

If it does get to the point where doing a "plus one" conversion to use the more commonly available 205/65R15 size needs to be done, can 700/900/S90/V90 15" wheels be used on a 200?
