Hiccup-y behavior under acceleration, over bumps 200 1989

Hi, all.

I just had the rear main seal replaced and upon driving it home, the car is starting to hiccup a bit. The hiccuping occurs on acceleration on the highway and sometimes going over a bump.

When the hiccup occurs, the check-engine light flashes for half a second then is dark.

I got two codes from the engine: a 1-2-1 from hole number 2 (air mass meter), and a 2-1-4 from hole number 6 (which I think is supposed to be something to do with an RPM sensor).

When I run the car at idle, just sitting in the driveway, I can replicate the situation by stepping hard on the accelerator.

I think it could be a single loose connection or loose wire somewhere. Thoughts?

(I'll cry if it is the AMM again -- it's a Bosch and it's been in the car less than a year).
