tech left bolt loose on crossmember 960 900 1996

I was under the latest edition to the stable today (a 96 965 with 200k miles) to do some investigating vis-a-vis the trans leak when I discovered a loose bolt to the crossmember connecting the control arms. It's the bolt that goes directly to the body, not through the bushing, luckily.

Having done this job last year to the 97, I guessed at what could have occurred - tech didn't tighten bolt all the way. No big deal, got out the 17mm six-point socket to do it.

But, then it twists and twists and doesn't go anywhere. Not tightening, not loosening, either.

I'm hoping that the thread inside are not stripped, but it doesn't look good. The other possibility is that the tech screwed up the bolts and put the long one in the other hole, but I think this is the short one anyway.

Anyone have a number for this bolt?
