keep getting a 232 code HELP 700

I have a 92 740 wagon regina changed the 02 sensor,and still getting an 232 which means self adjusting 02 sensor not operating (source of fault = intake air or fuel)can anyone tell me what the hell that means shea running alot smoother.I reset all codes and this one came up again PLEASE HELP THANKS ALOT
