Back to the stranded, replaced fuse, no fuel pump working, waiting for a tow... 200 1991

The "Other car" is a grey 1992 240 Wagon. That one works and runs fine. I am using it as my "Control"

The car that will not start is a 1991 240 Sedan.

On the 1992 "control" car I temoved the No.6 fuse then ran a 18 inch test lead across the No.6 fuse link and recieved (1)a small spark (2) Click from the Passanger side footwell solinoid (3) the Fuel pump under the car started to hum for around 1-2 seconds.

Also, I tried to jump the No.4 right side fuselink to the No.6 right side fuse link and recieved no spark, or responce from the solinoid, and no priming of the fuel system
