Oil comming out filler cap, lack of power 200 1988

I thought i had known and fixed almost every Volvo brick issue out there but this one.. Its making me nuts

Everything is fine then i stop the car and turn it off. I come back out and it has almost no power and at the same time oil is shooting out of the filler cap, like gushing. If i push the car hard (4k to 5k RPM) i hear a "woosh" coming from the exhaust side of the motor and suddenly the oil blow back stops and the car runs normal!!! It feels like something blows out the ass of the car and everything is ok. It has happened two times now.

A clogged cat? The CEL came on and said O2 sensor but after the drama no code. Mind you ill know is Volvo bricks but in 12+ years and over 15 cars i have never seen anything like this.

I did a seafoam to the car today and i got some power back and she runs super smooth but its still not 100% and still has oil coming out of the filler cap that i also replaced the gasket on. I'm stumped.

Work done so far:

Flame trap
thermostat
alternator
Cap, rotor, plugs, wires
New Battery
cat back from parts car (could there be a mice nest in it?)
New FPR
All vacuum lines replaced
