I think the problem is solved. Here is what I did.

One at a time I removed each fuse from the driver side fuse panel and cleaned the contacts with fine wet or dry sand paper to remove oxidation from the fuse contacts. I also cleaned the contacts on the fuse holder. Then I installed the fuse.

I removed the main fuse from the driver side near power steering pump, and clean that fuse and sprayed electrical contact cleaner into the opening of that fuse socket.

For now the car seems stable with no intermittent connections.
