Ok found something out this morning! 200

Ok got in the wagon this morning to go to work and my seat was pushed all the way up (I think my mother in law moved it) so I pull the lever and push the seat back I pushed on the gas pedal by accident as I was doing this almost all the way to the floor. So I put the key in and she will not start! (motor turning but will not catch) opened the door turned the key to on and I could hear my fuel pump I could hear the relay click so I was like hmmmm what the heck could it be. Tried to start her up one more time and the battery died!
So I get my jumper cables out and give her a jump and she still wouldn't start, gave it a few more trys and finally she started! The only thing I can figure is that something happened when I pushed on the gas pedal before starting (maybe flooded?) but she has started up fine 2 times after that today.
So pressing the gas pedal before starting will flood the motor? or do i have some random problem that needs attention?
