intermittent engine power failure - hesitation - O2 sensor check? 200 1988

Two times now I have gone out for a 15 minute drive stopped, not long enough for the engine to cool down, and on the ride back home had a power problem.

Both times I was going about 25 MPH and on a slight up hill. I notice the car slowing down, then felt the kicks of hesitation. I slow down to 20, flashers on, tapping the gas. After about 1/4 mile the engine comes back to normal.

(?)

I have also been looking at a fluctuating throttle (?) that I found when checking my idle and timing.

I'm guessing, besides a sticky choke plate, that there is some sensor feedback loop that is about to fail.

The only suspects I have are the AMM and O2 sensor. I also still need to clean the PCV oil trap

Which wires on the OS sensor (2 white, 1 black) do I check spec resistance between?
