Home alignment anyone? 200 1986

Those of you that do alignments at home, what specs do you use on a stock 244?
I ordered a set of Longacre toe plates since they were on sale so I can get the total toe (in theory) to within 1/16 or so. And I have a digital level I have used a time or two for camber settings that's accurate, in theory, to 10ths of a degree at least. I did the conversion from the factory specs on my Rabbit and it seems to drive ok and the tires aren't wearing funny, so I couldn't be too off.
It'd save me some head scratching as I'm not a math guy if someone had a total toe in fractions of an inch and a camber setting in degrees handy.
