What should I do to the transmission??? 200 1986

As I have recently mentioned here, I will soon be replacing my original engine with a "new" one 160K miles. The transmission, which I do a complete flush & fill every 25K as part of its major service, has never given me one lick of problem in it's entire life. I plan on replacing the front seal behind the torque converter while the engine is seperated, but is there anything else I should do while it's apart? Trans mount is new as is the nylon shifter bushings and a OD bypass plate installed some 5 yrs ago. Thanks for any suggestions.
