940 No Start 900

I have a 94 940 with a Bosch system. I got a tank of bad (GAS?) just barely got the car home 10 to 20 MPH. I have dumped 15 gallons of cloudy material with a ½ to ¾ “ of sediment on the bottom, jelly like with a small amount of water below that. Now it will not start. Fuel pump runs 42PSI at the rail. I have spark and I can get it to run on either if I spray it into the throttle body. The tach does not move when cranking. Seems like the injectors are not operating. Electrical or gunk from the bad gas???
