Engine swap. Now no start somewhat. 700 1987

PLEASE help me someone.

I have an 87 744T with the B230ft and the M46. The engine got locked up a few yrs ago so I bought a 90 744T with the same engine and transmission.

I had a shop do the engine swap and both fuel pumps were replaced. The 87 will not start now unless they put fuel into the intake. When they put fuel into the intake it runs like a champ until that fuel is used up.

They told me that they bypassed the fuel relay (white relay) to see if it would start and nothing. They told me that it has no injector pulse and it seems to be losing the ground. I went and tried to start it after I changed the radio suppression relay and still nothing.

Please someone help me. I am leading towards a broken ground wire on the pump, but I am at a loss.

Please help or give me something to check to get ole trusty going.
