What year/model is this? If an older in dash Amazon type, new switches are available with keys. If you can't turn the key to enable the release button to be depressed so you can pull out the whole thing, it'll have to be carefully drilled out. Quick, messy, and not for the faint of heart, but easy to do. A very good quality drill bit helps.
