240 NO START 200 2001

Need a bit of help with a no start problem...

91 244, No spark. Fuel side of things look good, but no fire.

Did an OBD check, returned nothing but 1's. New CPS, tried 2 different ignition amps (power stages), and still no spark out of the coil. Tried a known good coil, no luck. Also ran the complete ign. system checks out of my Bentleys, and everything looks good. Power to the ICU, grounds, etc... The only problem found was a possible Bentleys error in the ICU connector pinout. It said to check CPS on connector pins 10 and 20, but the wires traced back to 10 and 23 (both via color and continuity)

Also tried 3 different ICU's...

Still no spark out of the coil as checked by timing light...

Thanks Chris (CCS) for helping with the checks.

Kinda lost at this point. Anybody got any brilliant suggestions? Or a copy of the ignition green book for this?
