PCV on a B20 120-130

When you say "restricted fitting" what size orifice are we talking about? Im trying to piece together the PCV system on a B20 that has a weber. Someone had hooked both the valve cover end and the crankcase end to the air cleaner with a tee fitting. Total mess. And water going into the oil in the valve cover... I don't have (32and cant seem to locate) the correct hose barb that goes into the manifold and was thinking I could make one by brazing a restriction in.. but are we talking an 1/8th inch? 1/16th?
