Camshaft - when to replace 120-130

If he's got one valve lifting way less than the others, that cam lobe is mostly wiped out. Not a particularly accurate way of checking a cam for minor wear, but nothing invalid about it when checking for major wear.

I've taken apart several dozen B18s and B20s at this point, and wiped cam lobes is far and away the main cause of death.
