what is a good car wax or polish/preservative to apply to my 92 240 paint 200

bet this question hasnt been asked on the forum. the original paint on my 92 240 is a dark navy blue in excellent original condition as is the whole body. what wax or polish should i apply to it to preserve and prolong its almost new appearance and shine. it appears to have led a garage sheltered life here in florida. florida starting to get very hot and sunny. want to give the paint its best shot.car is outside most of the time. would rather not go through the hassle of putting a cover on it all the time. old names that come to mind are turtle wax and simonize. thanks tons oldduke
