Replace Camshaft Without Fully Removing Timing Belt? 200

Hi All,

Is it possible to replace the camshaft in a B230 without actually removing the timing belt?

I need to swap cams but would really prefer not to have to strip down the entire front of the engine to realign the timing belt. I just did that while installing a new belt last week...

Any techniques for holding the timing belt in place around the distributor and crank pulleys while slipping it off the cam pulley?

Thanks,
Bert
