ABS Light Came ON, Went Off 200 1993

Recently I have noticed that when stopping that I have some "chattering" from the brakes just before I come to a complete stop. I cleaned the front wheel ABS sensors a couple of weeks ago to try and stop this, however it didn't help.

This morning when I started the vehicle the ABS light came on and stayed on, chattering went away.

Turned off the car and started it right back up again after I got to work and ABS light no longer on, but chattering back.

What gives?
