Making the leap from RWD to AWD, buying a V70R. What am I getting into?

So, I have never owned anything but RWD bricks, but this very nice looking, high mileage and highly maintained brick was for sale in my neck of the woods. I could not resist. It has the 19t turbo, tuned, and 3" exhaust. It is modded but not too much. I'm hoping to get a year's or so of use from the car and then pass it on to someone else. The timing belt, WP and cam seals have been done, so I'm hoping not to have to do major maintenance on the car. My wife is very accommodating, as of late! :-)
