Spoke too soon about problem free 200

I found my fan like this today, just wedged in and zip-tied. I took it out (cut the zip ties), unplugged it, set it against the bumper and plugged it back in, let the car run with A/C on full, and it did not turn on, and the car never got hot enough to turn it on. I have no idea how this is SUPPOSED to mount, to put it back. Right now my only option is to go to the yard and hope I can find one intact enough to see how it is supposed to look. As for testing to see if the fan even works I am going to just get 2 pieces of wire, and connect directly to the battery to see if it even turns.
