700 series never had the moonroof as an option. The moonroof from a 1994 and earlier will fit directly in using the 740 headliner. The moonroof from a 1995+ 940 or 960 will fit, but you have to use the 940 or 960 headliner. The headliner won't fit perfect at the back window, and will be help up at the sides by the interior trim.

We've had a 960 moonroof in a 1984 760T, and it was an acceptable fit. After that car was totaled, that moonroof and headliner went into my 1994 944T.ancouver

Drive south to Vancouver, Washington, and I'll make you a great deal on a 1994 960 moonroof. I was going to use in in my wife's 1993 944T, but I was able to get a 1995 960 moonroof and headliner.
