240 no start - mostly 200 1986

I pulled the harness. Zero rot except for the 4 firewall wires. This means it is an original 1986 harness and 100% ok (striped all old (hard) jacketing). I discovered that the FI wires I'd replaced, thinking they were at fault, were fine and a bad test jumper I used was to blame. Right now my only guess is the ECU pin 11 & 19 loose jumper caused the intermittent no-start. I don't know what LH2.2 pin 19 does.
