Oil in intake tube 200

Ok I changed my breather box this weekend and I noticed that there was oil in my intake tube. also oil in my throttle body. Is this bad? I tried to clean everything up pretty good but I have never seen this happen in any car or motorcycle.

My intake gasket was very brittle it pretty much just broke apart but it did not look like it was leaking, my fuel injector orings were hard and difficult to get out but the new ones slid right in no problem lubed up with some oil they fit kind of too loose is this normal?. Breather box seemed clear I blew through it also blew through the oil line going into the crankcase all clear. Changed some of the vac lines so i guess the PVC system is good now, but the oil in the intake is still a mystery.
