Help! replaced strut mounts and now sport negative camber S90-V90

OK so I am pretty sick of working old cars again. I installed a new steering rack, tie rod ends and strut mounts with new bearings. I got the toe close enough to take it out of the garage and I noticed I had lots of negative camber

( and this is not a track car.....)

The struts sit off center and mine are on the aft (rear) side of center and I double checked old pictures of the engine bay to verify I had that right. I have done struts on other cars so I am pretty baffled at how I can be this far off on a car that does not have camber plates etc. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Will
