This is a really old thread but I thought I'd re post. We have a '90 745T that now has 303,000 on it with the Original Head Gasket. This is a turbocharged engine! How long can I expect it to keep going? I've been really ANAL about cooling system health. I've replaced the coolant pump SIX times. You'd think I'd wake up and buy slightly less cheesy ones! I'm about to do it again. I'll do the t-stat and upper rad hose for good measure.
