1990 Model 240-Fuel Injection Problem 200 1990

Yesterday after completing an exhaust pipe replacement (exhaust maniford to cat converter) I was testing the car and received a check engine light. Stopping the car and running the diagnostic blinker tool, the codes 113 and then 232 were displayed. Check these I found that they were fuel injector failure and rich mixture.

Thinking the problem through I would like to know if the fault might be a high pressure in the fuel injector header. There were no issues before the fault light appeared. My plan to to check the pressure and then check the injectors individually first by sound and then by electrical resistance if no sound is hear on a specific injector.

Appreciate any comments. Details on the car are:

1990 Model 240
109,000 miles on the odometer
automatic trans
car runs well and gets about 25 mpg on the highway using regular gas
