Crank Position Sensor cable 200 1992

Over the years I have isolated the problem to the point where the sensor wires enter the connector that plugs into the main harness. The way I confirmed this is if I hold the sensor wire firmly a few inches from the connector (towards sensor end) I can isolate any movement of the connector from traveling past my hand. If I gently jiggle the connection point, no movement will make it past the point where I am holding the wire, which isolates the problem to the sensor connector, the connection, or the harness connector/wire.

I agree that $35 isn't that much but if I can fix the problem for a few bucks from the junkyard I'd rather do that. I have a bad habit of turning simple jobs into huge messes, like my recent belt change that turned into a full accessory bushing swap out that ended up taking me a few weeks!
