85 fuel pump relay help wanted 200 1985

Hey Art long time no see. I ain't dead.

Ok this is a 1984 240/245 B21 FT (turbo) K Jet (CIS)

Problem: Turn Key to dash lights No relay click, no pre pump hum.

There is power on both red wires with the dash lights / key ON.

Cranking the engine, the red white wire glimmers or pulses. I belive this is correct.

As the start bump ends (let go of the key)
THEN the relay clicks and closes, the pre pump runs a moment the 5th injectors dumps fuel and the next crank of the engine and the engine starts up. (exactly backwards from what it should do)

I checked ground and it seems constant (always). I have 3 relays and they all do this.

One of the relays is new, and has only one coil inside, and is in a green box Not OEM. (Might be a Hella)

What I think I need is a diagram of the relay itself.

If the car is off the road winter, since I have a truck, and summer, since I ride motorcycles, but my wife needs it, after setting about a while the relay has to be opened up, and I have to turn the key ON and press the coil contacts, after that it works like stated above backwards.(see no crude but wipe with a dollar bill anyway, which is the best use of a dollar bill these days. ;-)
