Turn signal switch 120-130

Turn signal switch won't lock when pushed in either direction. Green dash light works, turn indicators light, but no flash and stem doesn't lock. If you hold arm down during turn it snaps back as it should.

Suspects: Turn signal switch or flasher or both?

Where IS the flasher on a 122? What flasher works (240/other cars/NAPA #)?

Can turn signal switch be removed/replaced without pulling steering wheel?

Can switch internals be rebuilt?
